The University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) is expanding its education horizons with a new programme that educates teachers. Tune in as we join students signed up in the Master of Science in education programme. This new offering is endorsed by the University of Miami, and is designed both to enhance the skills of existing teachers and to train new educators.
SMU is located on the beautiful and safe Caribbean island, Grand Cayman. The island offers a highly developed infrastructure, including three state-of-the-art hospitals, hundreds of restaurants, world class hotels, and a thriving tourist industry. It’s a public beach, so don’t feel shy about strolling past those resorts.

A seminar that addresses the impact on human rights and democracy of the 800-year-old Magna Carta. The University of West Indies Open Campus, along with the Constitutional Affairs and Parliamentary Studies Unit of St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Magna Carta 800th Anniversary Committee, will host the seminar, titled “Magna Carta and Human rights in Cayman Islands.”
